Beating Blue Monday
We have been lucky enough to have some cold ,crisp ,clear weather this weekend , so last night as it got colder i thought tomorrow morning the malvern hills will be beautiful.
So i spent 15 minutes last night getting my walking clothes organised so i could be up on the hill to do my rehabilitation leg walk and beat those low feelings that january can bring to all of us at some point.
Keeping up my Pilates classes in Malvern is helping towards building leg strength for my walks. My new year goal is my first mountain walk in wales im aiming for march .
My advice to all of you is to get outside each day it will help lift your mood.
