Mid Winter Pilates Classes Worcestershire

Good morning and a late Happy new Year  From a hibernating Malvern Worcestershire Pilates class teacher. I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas  be it busy and fun or calm and restful, Mine was calm and restful which was just what i needed .  I expect you are all trying to  find some motivation for your new year health plans , i am finding it surprisingly difficult this year i just want to stay in hibernation , which really is a normal reaction to mid winter.

Therefore my advice to everyone is to take it slowly , be gentle and above all make sure your choice of exercise is enjoyable.  Your Exercise and Pilates routines dont have to be hard work , I am opting for a walk on the hills 3 times a week and 2 flat dog walks a week.

This has meant i have continued with my hill walking for my hip flexor strength and just short 20 to 30 minutes 3-4 times a week of gentle strength building pilates, including some stretching and relaxation to get the body moving again after my Christmas rest.  As well as my own Pilates sessions i am running my Pilates Classes in Malvern Worcestershire which are breaking us in gently to the new Year.  Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
